Claims Ledger

Public claims made by or about the AI-SDLC Institute, tracked to resolution. Every entry either carries evidence or gets retired.

Statuses: unverified (asserted somewhere, not yet substantiated), resolved (evidence or corrective action linked), retired (withdrawn from all Institute surfaces).

Entries are amended by appending rows or changing statuses in later commits. History is never rewritten; the original text of every corrected claim remains inspectable in this repository’s history and at the protocol-1 tag.

7“The EU AI Act goes into full effect on 2 August 2026”Widely asserted in third-party commentary; evaluated for Institute announcements, 2026-08-02retiredRejected before first use. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (OJ 24 Jul 2026, in force 27 Jul 2026) deferred Annex III high-risk obligations to 2 Dec 2027 and Annex I to 2 Aug 2028. What does begin 2 Aug 2026: general application of the non-deferred provisions, including Article 50 transparency and Commission GPAI enforcement powers. See briefs/2026-08-02-eu-ai-act-application-status.md.
8“National supervision of the Article 4 AI-literacy duty begins 2 August 2026”briefs/2026-08-02-eu-ai-act-application-status.md, as publishedresolvedDate entered during pre-publication review, outside the agreed links-repair scope. Direct inspection of the Commission’s AI-literacy Q&A finds both 3 August 2026 and 2 August 2026 in adjacent answers of its enforcement section; Article 113 as amended supports 2 August, and no 3 August date appears in the Regulation. The date stands; the unqualified certainty is corrected by dated erratum, which places the source conflict on the record. The same review pass added the Article 50(2) transitional deadline (2 Dec 2026 for systems on the market before 2 Aug 2026), verified correct against the Commission’s Article 50 FAQ.
9“40+ SOPs” / “40+ gated SOPs” / “40+ AI-SDLC SOPs™” (enumeration)ai-sdlc.institute and opensdlc.org (GoHighLevel, captured in sources/ghl-site-2026-08/); successor site Home links /sops/resolvedSupersedes the unverified status of row 2 without editing that row (append-only). At pin 36923892b4e6f514489d849a7fc0915fbfbfbc1f of AISDLC/AI-SDLC-SOPs, the sops/ tree contains 42 files matching SOP-*.md. The successor site renders that corpus at /sops/ and states the count from the checkout (never hardcoded). See Addendum 2 A2.5 and docs/protocol-3/COPY-TRIAGE.md row 13.
